Mexico IS a different place. It is not the Southwestern US. This is a blog about our lives here in The Lakeside area of Ajijic and Chapala, Jalisco, Mexico since we retired here in September of 2010. It will be about daily/weekly things we experience along with occasional trips.

Dentist
Yesterday I went to the dentist. A young man who works out of our GP's offices. I had apparently lost a filling and he replaced it. The total cost was 400 pesos, at yesterday's exchange rate that was about $32 US. That's a deal!
